I am happy to share my latest 3D environment project, Mountain Peak.
Used a mixture of hand-placed Megascan assets/textures on top of custom-built Gaea terrains.
The tree assets were created in Speed Tree, scattered in Houdini and textured in Unreal Engine.
To blend the assets, I created a global world space snow shader to blend the assets in the scene seamlessly.
I created the lighting setup with Unreal Engines' built-in Luman lighting system along with some hand-placed spotlights and point lights.
Finalised the scene with a custom Niagara Snowfall FX system.
Rendered in Unreal Engine 5.4
